Modular Form Creator is a full-stack application for creating and managing dynamic, modular forms. The frontend, built in React + TypeScript (Vite), uses a component-based design system and Storybook; the backend is Node.js in TypeScript with a REST API and Swagger documentation. The project includes Docker and Docker Compose configurations, database support, and tests, demonstrating skills in component design, API development, and container deployments.
